The present invention relates to a primer set capable of detecting a pseudomonas coronafaciens and, more specifically, to a primer set, a probe, and a composition including the same which are able to specifically detect a pseudomonas coronafaciens which causes a halo blight disease in oats and to a method for detecting the pseudomonas coronafaciens using the same. When performing a PCR using the primer provided by the present invention, a DNA having a target size is not amplified in other bacteria which are similar with the pseudomonas coronafaciens, whereas a DNA of the target size is amplified in all bacteria of the pseudomonas coronafaciens collected all around the world. In case of performing a TagMan PCR by using the primer and the probe which are provided by the present invention, other bacteria which are similar with the pseudomonas coronafaciens show all negative CT values, wherein all bacteria of the pseudomonas coronafaciens show negative CT values. Thereby in case of performing a PCR by using the primer or/and the probe provided by the present invention, the present invention is able to not only distinguish the pseudomonas coronafaciens from other bacteria but also efficiently detect the pseudomonas coronafaciens from various samples. |
