PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peripheral structure of a fixed window of a vehicle, which is designed so that sealing material can be reliably and easily stuck.SOLUTION: The peripheral structure of a fixed window of a vehicle includes: a vehicle panel 1 provided with a flange 13 defining a window opening 20; a window glass 2 covering the window opening and fixed to the vehicle panel 1 from outside of a vehicle room; an interior member 3 covering the vehicle panel around the window opening and attached to the panel from the inside of the vehicle room; and a sealing material 34 stuck to the back surface of the interior member along the edge 3a engaged on the window glass 2 and being in elastic contact with the flange 13. On the back surface of the interior member, a reinforcing rib 31 extending toward the window opening is vertically arranged, and a notch part 30 receiving the sealing material 34 is defined between the tip end 33 of the reinforcing rib 31 and the back surface of the interior member. |
