PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for significantly reducing analysis time without sacrificing analysis accuracy and a method for continuing a cycle of a sequential process without relying on human determination, in a case where interaction between control factors is large and a tendency of factorial effect of a noise factor varies according to a combination of control factor levels.SOLUTION: A method includes: a step of allocating to an inner array both a factor for searching central value(control factor)and a factor for fixing design central value(S2); and steps of compounding these factor levels based on an increased or decreased tendency of factorial effect of sensitivity (an average) of inner array factors in the Nth experiment of sequential experiments to provide the result to the (N+1)th experiment as a compounded noise(S6, S10). |
