PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form post-processing device capable of forming a tongue-like piece for staple-less binding in such a shape that no catch is made halfway in conveyance before a form is conveyed to a staple-less binding part.SOLUTION: When a lock piece 5d as a tongue-like piece for form binding is cut, the lock piece 5d has its tip connected to the form. The formed lock piece 5d is connected to the form at least at two points, so the lock piece 5d has no projection when viewed from an end face of a form bundle 6 and is formed flat. Consequently, the form can be conveyed without having the lock piece 5d rubbed against the conveyance path, a nip for conveyance, etc., in the conveyance path to generate resistance, and never gets jammed. When staple-less binding process is performed on a form bundle comprising forms with lock pieces 5d, only tips of the lock pieces 5d are only cut off and the staple-less binding is completed with slight force. |
