PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin external preparation composition derived from a plant which is useful for skin elasticity, pore reduction, sebum reduction and acne improvement.SOLUTION: A skin external preparation composition containing a vinegar extract of Honeysuckle is obtained by a step in which Honeysuckle which is a lianous semi-evergreen shrub of Lonicera japonica is subject to saccharification, alcohol fermentation and acetic acid fermentation. The skin external preparation composition preferably contains 0.001 to 90.0 wt.% of the vinegar extract of Honeysuckle with respect to the total amount of the composition.
