Provided are a radio communications device and system, a radio communications method and a machine readable medium. The radio communications device comprises: a transmission member, used to obtain feedback information of a user equipment for information of a coordinated set of the user equipment, the coordinated set being formed by cells capable of providing a coordinated multiple-point service to the user equipment; and a transmission set acquisition member, used to acquire a transmission set used for the user equipment according to the feedback information, the transmission set being formed by cells in the coordinated set that coordinate to provide joint transmission to the user equipment. The transmission set is determined according to channel quality information of cells in a coordinated set in various cases of coordination. |
