PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit a pair of connectors in a state where the connectors are more surely supported in a predetermined position.SOLUTION: A connector fitting apparatus 10 includes a first holder 20 having a first recess 22 capable of supporting one connector 11, a second holder 40 having a second recess 42 capable of supporting the other connector and a movement mechanism part 60 capable of moving both the first and second holders so as to contact/separate them in a fitting direction. The first holder 20 includes a first fitting regulation part 70 on which a regulation bar 74 for receiving force of inserting the one connector 11 up to the bottom side and changing posture from regulated posture to release posture is supported. The second holder 40 includes a second fitting regulation part 80 in which a regulation advance/retreat part 82 having a regulation release hole part 84 and allowed to be moved from an advance position to a retreat position when receiving force of inserting the other connector up to the bottom side is arranged. The regulation advance/retreat part 82 is arranged so that the regulation bar 74 of the release posture cannot be inserted into the regulation release hole part 84 on the advance position and can be inserted on the retreat position. |
