PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of transmitting a frame more efficiently than before, even when information indicating the order of transmission priority has changed.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises a storage unit for storing a frame, a determination unit for determining, on the basis of information indicating the storage state of a frame in the storage unit, whether the order of transmission priority of the frame set on the basis of priority information included in the frame is correct or not, and a transmission unit for disabling frame transmission when the order of priority set for the frame is determined to be incorrect by the determination unit. |
