FIELD: chemistry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, particularly a method of producing peptides which specifically identify certain types of cells. Said method includes constructing a plurality of random peptide libraries based on oligonucleotide fragments encoding same, via fragmentation of the resultant RNA of cells of a certain type and cells of other types, which may be involved in a pathologic process and affect diagnosis and therapy thereof. Said fragments are closed in the correct orientation in a vector based on bacteriophage. The libraries are then screened using combinations of cells of a certain type and cells of other types to obtain groups of peptides which specifically identify cells of a selected type in phage particles. Individual peptides in the phage particles are then separated from the obtained peptides and tested to confirm specificity thereof. Peptides in the pure form are then obtained by creating a matrix based on amino acid sequences of peptides in the phage particles, from which sequences of new peptides are read and synthesised chemically, followed by confirmation of specific identification of cells of a certain type.EFFECT: invention enables to obtain highly specific and highly selective peptides which identify cells of a certain type.5 dwg, 1 tbl, 11 ex |
