In an end-to-end data exchange method between an IC chip and a server, the method interfacing with the IC chip and being executed through a program in a device connected to a communication network, the end-to-end data exchange method between an IC chip and a server according to the present invention comprises a first step in which the program receives encrypted data to be decoded only through a server specified from the IC chip and a second step in which the program performs a process to deliver the encrypted data to the specified server.
