PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve space efficiency, and further to achieve desired attenuation characteristics while simplifying a structure.SOLUTION: A vibration-proofing device 10 includes a cylindrical outer member 11, inner members 12, 13, a first elastic body 14 and a second elastic body 15 for independently connecting the outer member 11 and the inner members 12, 13, and a partitioning member 16 dividing a liquid chamber 24 defined between the first elastic body 14 and a second elastic body 15 in the outer member 11, in the axial direction of the outer member 11 to define the first divided liquid chamber 24a and a second divided liquid chamber 24b. A limit passage 25 for communicating both divided liquid chambers 24a, 24b is formed, and the inner members 12, 13 include the first inner member 12 connected to the first elastic body 14, and the second inner member 13 connected to the second elastic body 15. The inner members 12, 13 are disposed while holding the partitioning member 16 therebetween in the axial direction, and connected to each other through a connection body 29 disposed outside of the liquid chamber 24. |
