A press pulley configured such that the inner diameter of an inner cylindrical section can be increased without altering the outer diameter of an outer cylindrical section. The inner diameter of the inner cylindrical section (12) is increased by using an annular joining section (13) connected to an end section of the outer cylindrical section (11) around which a belt is wound and an end section of the inner cylindrical section (12), as an annular bent section having an arc-shaped cross-section and comprising, on the inside thereof, a single arc surface (15) joined by a tangential line to the inner diameter surface of the outer cylindrical section (11) and the outer diameter surface of the inner cylindrical section (12). |
