PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the burden on an operator by simplifying manual input of setting information when performing traffic simulation.SOLUTION: An information generation device 5 generates traffic lane connection information which indicates the connection relation via the intersection of an entrance lane and an exit lane. The information generation device 5 includes: an acquisition part (storage part 12) for acquiring following first information to third information; and a generation part (control part 11) for generating the traffic lane connection information on the basis of the acquired first information to third information, where the first information is link connection information which indicates the connection relation via the intersection of an entrance link and an exit link, the second information is the number of traffic lanes of the entrance link and the exit link, and the third information is travel lane information capable of specifying the traffic lane of the link on which a movable body has actually traveled.
