<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep the reliability of a heat dissipation structure while improving working efficiency during or after the manufacture of the heat dissipation structure.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a heat dissipation structure 1 comprising a heater element 200 which generates heat, a heat dissipation member 100 which dissipates the heat received from the heater element 200 to the outside, a filling space 60 provided between the heater element 200 and the heat dissipation member 100, and a heat dissipation gel 300 which is filled in the filling space 60 and transfers the heat from the heater element 200 to the heat dissipation member 100 includes the steps of: installing the heat dissipation gel 300 having a volume filling the filling space 60 into an introduction hole 150 formed in the heat dissipation member 100; sticking a stretch film 800 separating the heat dissipation gel 300 and the heater element 200 to the dissipation member 100; and filling the heat dissipation gel 300 introduced into the introduction hole 150 in the filling space 60 by pushing the heat dissipation gel 300 and bringing the stretch film 800 into contact with the heater element 200 by elongating the stretch film 800 (filling step).</p> |
