METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FERRO COKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing a ferro coke by sufficiently considering improvement in a molding yield and smooth dry-distillation.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a ferro coke comprises: kneading a raw material for molding by an agitator 1 to mold the mixture by a double roll molding machine 2; sieving the molded raw material for molding by a sieve 3; separating a non-molding (under the sieve of the sieve 3) including repulsion split pieces from a molding (on the sieve of the sieve 3); conveying the molding to a dry-distillation furnace 4 through a molding conveyor line 6 as a raw material for dry-distilling; dry-distilling the molding by the dry distillation furnace 4 to form a ferro coke; and supplying the non-molding including the repulsion split pieces to the agitator 1 through a non-molding conveyor line 7 to reuse the non-molding as a raw material for molding.
