PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature sensor that is highly accurate, and excellent in response, and enables a temperature to be accurately detected when detecting a temperature by being brought into contact with a heating roller and the like.SOLUTION: The temperature sensor comprises: a pair of lead frames 2; a sensor section 3 that is connected to the lead frame; and a holding section 4 that holds the lead frame. The sensor section comprises: a band-like insulation film 6; a thin film thermistor section 7 that is formed on the insulation film; a pair of comb type electrodes that is formed to have a comb-like portion on the thin film thermistor section; and a pair of pattern electrodes 9 that has one end connected to the pair of comb type electrodes, and has the other end connected to the lead frame at an end of the insulation film. Both ends 6a of the insulation film are folded and overlapped on an upper surface of the pair of lead frames, and further, a tip 2a of the pair of lead frames is folded and overlapped on both ends 6a, and then, the tip of the lead frame and a base end side are caulked across both ends 6a thereof. |
