摘要 A bone implant includes a first surface and a second surface. The first and second surfaces include a bioresorbable material. The bioresorbable material of the first and second surfaces is a faster resorbing material than the biocompatible material of the third surface. The third surface provides structural integrity of the implant to maintain distraction between spinous processes so that the first and second surfaces fuse with at least a portion of the spine.
