PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the consumption of another fuel, when a volatile organic compound accompanied by steam for desorption is utilized as a fuel for generating the steam for desorption, after the volatile organic compound-containing gas is introduced into an adsorption tower, adsorbed, and then desorbed by the heated steam for desorption.SOLUTION: Exhaust gas formed by temperature drop of high-temperature gas derived from a combustion furnace and introduced into a heat exchanger when generating steam for desorption is mixed with the steam for desorption, and then introduced into an adsorption tower. |
