Connection of two adapter sections of a modular support structure

The connector has adapters (1,2) which are formed with projections (17,18), and a connection clamp (30). The successive faces of clamp are engaged on opposite sides of projections. Several teeth-shaped projections (28) are evenly distributed over radially outer periphery of the disc. A rotating disc (25) is inserted into recesses (29) of projection, so that the disc is engaged with end face of projection. The recesses are formed over inner circumference of end faces (19) of projection (17), to receive disc for rotational immobilisation of projections to each other.
