PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which makes it difficult to fraudulently obtain random numbers with which a lottery is won. SOLUTION: In the game machine, a main control device 101 has a built in microcomputer composed mainly of a CPU 102 as a processing means. The CPU 102 keeps a first clock circuit 103, an input/output port 104, and a basic random number generator 150 for generating basic random numbers, connected via an internal bus, in addition to a power source device 91. Herein, upon input of a starting signal, the CPU 102 generates random numbers for determining whether a bonus point is won, by using the basic random numbers generated by the basic random number generator 150, and a count value by a first counter of a RAM 106 installed in the CPU 102.
