The present invention relates to a composition for diagnosing renal diseases, a kit for diagnosing renal diseases comprising the composition, and a method for providing information for diagnosing renal diseases, including the step of detecting the primary cilium existing urine. By using the kit for diagnosing renal diseases, pathogenesis of renal diseases as well as degree of renal diseases can be diagnosed through the use of only urine samples. Thus, the present invention can be widely used for an early diagnosis.
