摘要 Disclosed is a dielectric heat technique relating to electromagnetism. A control device for generating a high voltage pulse wave and a low voltage pulse wave and a method of driving the same according to the embodiment of the present invention control an output voltage in a driving frequency range (100 khz to 4 MHz) by using self resonance which is the parasitic element of a transformer having a primary wire (1 to 5 turns) and a secondary wire (50 to 80 turns), and matches the intrinsic impedance element of the transformer by adjusting magnetizing inductance. The present invention controls a link voltage in a driving frequency range (100 khz to 4 MHz) by using self resonance which is the parasitic element of a transformer having a primary wire (1 to 5 turns) and a secondary wire (50 to 80 turns), prevents the droping phenomenon of an analog voltage signal due to frequency increment included in the intrinsic impedance element of the transformer, and stabilizes a total system.
