According to the present invention, a defrosting detection system using the degree of superheat in a refrigerant is a refrigeration cycle system comprising: a compressor compressing a gaseous refrigerant into a state at a high temperature and in a high pressure; a condenser allowing an external heat source to exchange heat with the refrigerant flowing from the compressor; an expansion valve expanding the refrigerant, which flows from the condenser, into a state at a low temperature and in a low pressure; an evaporator changing the phase of the refrigerant, which flows from the expansion valve, into vapor by exchanging heat with the refrigerant when receiving heat from the external heat source; an evaporation pressure sensor sensing the evaporation pressure of the refrigerant in the evaporator, and converting the evaporation pressure into an evaporation temperature; an evaporator temperature sensor sensing the surface temperature of a pipe at an outlet of the evaporator; and a defrosting finish sensor sensing the surface temperature of heat exchange fins of the evaporator, wherein the refrigerant discharged from the evaporator flows into the compressor. |
