The present invention relates to a handle cover for a health check system to be able to check the health of a driver by detecting a human body signal of the driver. The present invention provides the handle cover for a health check system configured to comprise a leather cover which is formed so as to be able to cover a portion of the circumference direction of a steering wheel; a signal detecting sensor unit which is attached to the surface of the leather cover and detects the human body signal by contacting the human body; and a socket which is connected to the signal detecting sensor unit to electrically transmit the human body signal detected in the signal detecting sensor unit to a signal processing unit of the health check system which is mounted on the vehicle.
