The present invention relates to a register modeling technology in a roll-to-roll printing process and, more specifically, to a register modeling system considering the temperature variation of a drying section in a roll-to-roll printing process and a method thereof. The register modeling system comprises a measurement part (100) for measuring tension and registers; a calibration part (200) for correcting the tension applied to the measurement part and electrical signals outputted from the measurement part when the tension and the registers are measured by the measurement part; a filtering part (300) for removing noise from the tension and register data outputted from the calibration part; a modeling part (400) for inputting the tension data measured by the measurement part (100) and generating a mathematical model of which the output is the measured register data; and a control part (700) for controlling the measurement part, the calibration part, the filtering part, and the modeling part.
