Provided is a solution treatment device in which a solution to be treated (hereinafter, referred to as a″treatment solution″) is separated into a concentrate and effluent to sufficiently increase the content of an organic solvent with a high boiling point in the concentrate and to decrease the content of an organic solvent in the effluent. The solution treatment device (1a) according to the present invention includes the following parts: a treatment top (2) separating the treatment solution (L1) into the concentrate (L2) and an effluent vapor (L3) becoming the effluent (L3) to discharge the effluent vapor (L3) from a top portion of the treatment top (2) and discharge the concentrate (L2) from a bottom portion of the treatment top (2); a first heating unit (6a) for the treatment solution (L1) supplied to the bottom portion of the treatment top (2); a first gas-liquid contact unit (3a) disposed in the treatment top (2) and heated by the treatment solution (L1) and the first heating unit (6a) to allow a gas-phase treatment vapor to be treated (L1); and a supply unit (4) for the treatment solution (L1) supplying from an upper side of the first gas-liquid contact unit (3a) into the treatment top (2).
