A funeral condolence service system related with a hospital or a funeral hall is disclosed. The funeral condolence service system of the present invention includes: an operation server which comprises a member information DB storing condolence service member information and notifies report of death by being connected to the hospital or the funeral hall through a network; a funeral parlor information part having information about a funeral parlor and information about the deceased enshrined in the funeral parlor and related family of the deceased; an image processing part for receiving, converting and transmitting an image of the funeral parlor; a condolence processing part which stores information about a condoler visiting the parlor and a message left by the condoler; a screen DB which displays the message of the condoler in each partitioned cell and stores a screen comprising images of the deceased and the condoler; and a control part which controls functions related between each of the parts and the DB and is connected to a network address. The present invention enables a user to send a condolence call and a text message and to receive condolence money at a remote place, by notifying the information provided from the hospital or the funeral hall through the operation server to the condolers located remotely. |
