The invention provides prodrugs of compounds comprising a nitric oxide donor and a reactive oxygen species (ROS) degradation catalyst, in particular, 1-pyrrolidinyloxy, 1- piperidinyloxy, and 1-azepanyloxy derivatives, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof. These compounds and pharmaceutical compositions are useful in prevention, treatment or management of diseases, disorders or conditions associated with oxidative stress or endothelial dysfunction. |
