The present invention relates to an interior pad assembling apparatus for a vehicle. According to the present invention, the interior pad assembling apparatus includes: a fixed unit fixed at a given position; a main unit having a main cylinder fixed to the fixed unit in such a manner as to be extended in a vertical direction and a main unit body movable in a vertical direction with respect to the main cylinder; a clamping unit movable in a vertical direction with respect to the main unit to clamp a soft interior pad disposed in a horizontal direction; and a melting unit located adjacent to the clamping unit in such a manner as to be movable in a vertical direction with respect to the main unit and adapted to perform ultrasonic melting for the interior pad onto a melting object in the state where the interior pad clamped by the clamping unit is arranged with respect to the melting object. |
