A reagent kit for diagnosing neurofibromatosis is disclosed. The reagent kit comprises at least one pair of the following primers: PCR primer pair for identifying NF1 gene point mutation/small fragments insertion and deletion; PCR primer pair for identifying NF2 gene point mutation/small fragments insertion and deletion; PCR primer pair for identifying LOH of the NF1 gene; and PCR primer pair for identifying LOH of the NF2 gene.
