An electrical charging connector (1) is provided with connector cases (3A, 3B) and a release lever (40) which is provided in a slidable manner within the connector cases (3A, 3B). The release lever (40) is provided with slide protrusions (48). The connector cases (3A, 3B) are provided with slide grooves (6) into which the slide protrusions (48) are inserted. The release lever (40) is guided in a slidable manner by the sliding of the slide protrusions (48) within the slide grooves (6). Downwardly extending water discharge grooves (8) connect to the bottoms of the slide grooves (6). |
