The present invention relates to a fob key registration apparatus comprising a portable terminal scanning a QR code of a fob key to recognize fob key information, receiving vehicle information regarding a vehicle, and transmitting the fob key information and the vehicle information; a fob key registering server determining whether the fob key is a new fob key by using the fob key information and the vehicle information received from the portable terminal; and a vehicle terminal registering the fob key as a new fob key depending on the determination result of the fob key registering server. |
