PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular seat slide device capable of reducing a layout space required in a rail inner part.SOLUTION: A memory pin 62 is projected upward from a memory base 61 by the energizing force of a first energizing member 65 to engage with an upper rail and release engagement with a lower rail, and projected downward from the memory base 61 by receiving downward pressing force when a seat back is in a forward tilting state from a seating state. A locking plate 63 is installed on the memory base 61 so as to move in a fore-and-aft direction, locks the upward movement of the memory pin 62 projecting downward from the memory base 61 when the memory pin 62 is moved to a seat front side by the energizing force of a second energizing member 66 while projecting downward from the memory base 61, and releases the locking of the upward movement when the memory pin 62 is moved to a seat rear side by abutting on the upper rail moving to the seat rear side while the seat back is tilted forward from the seating state. |
