PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means which further improves adhesiveness to a polarizer upon constituting a polarizing plate in a cellulose acylate film comprising cellulose acylate having a small acyl group substitution degree (such as DAC) and can moderate reduction in a polarization degree of the polarizing plate caused by deviation of an axis between the film and the polarizer.SOLUTION: A glass transition temperature reducing agent (Tg reducing agent) is used together with cellulose acylate having a small acyl group substitution degree to constitute a cellulose acylate film, in which a presence amount of the Tg reducing agent on both surfaces of the film is controlled to be uneven to a certain degree.
