Abstract of the Disclosure A method of preparing a stein cell preparation is provided. The method includes steps of collecting adipose tissue from a mammal, contacting that adipose tissue with an enzyme preparation to digest fat and connective tissue and preserve stem cells and collecting those stem cell.
