1. A semiconductor element comprising:
an organic semiconductor layer; and a layer disposed on the upper surface of the organic semiconductor layer, wherein the outline of the layer is inside the outline of the organic semiconductor layer; wherein a wiring layer is disposed on the upper surface and the side surface of the organic semiconductor layer provided with the layer and the layer is in contact with the organic semiconductor layer and the wiring layer, wherein the wiring layer includes a source electrode and a drain electrode, wherein a first portion of the layer lies between a portion of the source electrode and the organic semiconductor layer, wherein a second portion of the layer lies between a portion of the drain electrode and the organic semiconductor layer, and wherein the first and second portions of the layer are separated from one another.
