PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device capable of speedily supplying an appropriate power supply voltage according to the operation state of functional block integrated in a semiconductor chip.SOLUTION: A semiconductor device has a first semiconductor chip 1 which has a first power supply terminal and in which a circuit block operating by a power supply voltage supplied to the first power supply terminal is integrated. It also has a power supply circuit which includes switching transistors 8 and 9 and supplies the power supply voltage to the first power supply terminal. In addition, it includes a DCDC control unit 6 which is formed within the first semiconductor chip and which generates a control signal for controlling the on/off of the switching transistors in response to voltage information signal according to an information signal from the circuit block and an output voltage of the power supply circuit. |
