PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for gas flow control of gas to a fuel cell accompanied with circulation of unreacted gas.SOLUTION: A loop circulation passage 4 returning from the outlet toward the inlet of a fuel cell 2 is connected with a fuel gas supply device 3A. A flowmeter 5, a loop pressure reducing valve 6, a booster pump 8 are arranged and connected, in order, from a position close to the inlet of the fuel cell 2 in the circulation passage 4. A control unit 13 controls open and close of the loop pressure reducing valve 6 so that a flow rate measured by the flowmeter 5, while power is generated from the fuel cell 2, approaches a target set flow rate of desired performance evaluation conditions. |
