PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel control unit of a hybrid vehicle so as to prevent an off state of a hybrid system, which is attributable to a temporal power shutdown occurring during a travel, from continuing against a vehicle driver's intention.SOLUTION: A travel control unit of a hybrid vehicle including a hybrid system that is activated by predetermined switch operation and causes a vehicle to perform hybrid traveling, determines whether a power supply is switched from an off state to an on state within a predetermined time after the hybrid system is turned off due to the switching of the power supply from which power is fed to the hybrid system from the on state to the off state. After the hybrid system is turned off, when it is determined the power supply is switched from the off state to the on state within the predetermined time, it is determined whether turning off the hybrid system is intended by a vehicle driver. As a result, when it is determined turning off the hybrid system is not intended by the vehicle driver, the hybrid system is automatically reset. |
