PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a production time of a seal member in an electronic control apparatus.SOLUTION: A tight seal cover 30 integrated with a connector 40 is mounted on a metal base 20, an entire circumference of a peripheral part 31 of the tight seal cover 30 and the metal base 20 are formed by molding using a thermoplastic resin. The thermoplastic resin after the molding is cured in a short period of time to become a seal member 50.
