PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retroreflective luminous sheet capable of maintaining high visibility of a top surface even when intense light enters from a back surface.SOLUTION: The retroreflective luminous sheet includes a retroreflective layer comprising a light-transmitting material disposed on a top surface, a luminous layer comprising a luminous material disposed on a back surface side of the retroreflective layer, and a light-shielding layer comprising a light-shielding material disposed on the back surface side of the luminous layer. Thereby, from the retroreflective luminous sheet, reflected light by the retroreflective layer and emission of light that is transmitted through the retroreflective layer and stored in the luminous layer can be obtained, while incidence of light on the back surface is blocked by the light-shielding layer. Consequently, visibility of the top surface can be maintained high even when intense light is incident to the back surface. |
