PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome a drawback that, if a refrigerant is contained in a sunscreen agent or a makeup cosmetic, it is considered that cool feeling is felt more coldly at the time of application and the merchandise attraction increases, but in fact, cool feeling becomes difficult to be felt under the influence of contained powders.SOLUTION: An oil-in-water type powder cosmetic, in which the cool feeling is felt even if the powders are contained, can be obtained by containing the following components (A), (B), and (C): (A) a water-in-oil type emulsion which comprises (acrylic acid hydroxyethyl/acryloyl dimethyl taurine Na) copolymer, isohexadecane, and water; (B) refrigerant; and (C) ethanol. |
