Each time transmission of a piece of call information is completed, the information processing device 2 transmits an instruction to change a distribution destination for a call processing request using the call information. A management device 1 changes a distribution destination for a call processing request using call information whose transmission is completed from the information processing device 2 to the information processing device 3, when receiving a change instruction. |
