PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wall type structure building that can form a large living space with few room layouts and that brings about a high degree of freedom of planning during design or reform time.SOLUTION: A wall type structure building 10 supports a building by a planar structure including a bearing wall. Walls 12a,12b,14a,14b and 14c forming an indoor space S comprise the bearing wall for supporting the building. A bearing wall for supporting the building is additionally installed in external spaces 18 and 20 outside the indoor space S within the building in such a manner as to be separated by the walls 12a and 12b forming the indoor space S.
