PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily control a television conference system having a plurality of mixed television conference terminals of different manufacturers.SOLUTION: A television conference control device 100 controls a television conference system including an administrator terminal, a plurality of television conference terminals, a plurality of participant terminals and a multipoint communication control device. A conference terminal control interface unit 171 receives remote control information from the administrator terminal or the participant terminals. An A-company terminal control unit 172A or the like converts the remote control information into an operation command acceptable by each television conference terminal, to transmit with a communication protocol fit to each television conference terminal. Further, the A-company terminal control unit 172A or the like receives a response from each television conference terminal with a communication protocol fit to each television conference terminal, to convert the received response into information that the administrator terminal and each participant terminal can display. The conference terminal control interface unit 171 transmits the converted information to the administrator terminal or the participant terminal. |
