According to an embodiment of the technical concept of the present invention, a method to fabricate a flat tubular segment-in-series solid oxide fuel cell includes: mixing NiO and Sc_2O_3-CeO_2-ZrO_2 powders, and adding ethanol and a zirconia ball to the mixed powder to perform a wet ball mill; drying the resultant mixture in a dryer after performing the wet ball mill to form a fine powder mixture; weighing the mixed powder and adding a solvent (α-terpineol) and a dispersant to mix the resultant by using a high speed centrifugal mixer (planetary centrifugal mixer, ARM-310); mixing a binder (organic binder) (ethylcelllulose-cp50) and a solvent (α-terpineol) to mix the resultant using the high speed centrifugal mixer; mixing the mixed powder slurry with a binder to make a paste using the high-speed centrifugal mixer; performing milling the paste repeatedly with a three roll mill; and forming an anode with the milled paste using a screen mask.
