The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for forcibly charging a urea solution for a diesel automobile, including: a lubricator for charging diesel fuel and urea solution into a diesel automobile; and an automobile control device which controls opening and closing of a urea solution injection hole and the diesel fuel injection hole of a diesel automobile. According to the present invention, an appropriate amount of the urea solution is forcibly injected before the injection of the diesel fuel to facilitate the reduction of exhaust gas in the diesel automobile.
