The present invention provides a method of manufacturing a laminated member, which includes a function layer on a thin resin film, for suppressing an influence on the quality of the function layer while considering the handling-ability in the manufacturing process. The method of manufacturing a laminated member includes: forming a layer by dispatching a long substrate film wound around a roll in a longitudinal direction; patterning according to needs; and forming a function layer on the substrate film, wherein the substrate film includes a polyimide layer, on which polyamide acid is coated on a supporting member and made into an imide, after forming a function layer on the polyimide layer side, and the supporting member is separated and removed using an interface of the polyimide layer and the supporting member to reduce the thickness of the substrate film. |
