PLATFORMS, EXERCISE DEVICES, AND METHODS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF PHYSICAL FITNESS

This application includes embodiments of platforms permitting a user to perform various exercises for rehabilitation and/or general physical fitness. The present platforms are configured to be stable without being secured to a floor or wall. Such platforms can include a pull-up bar from which pull-ups may be performed and/or from which an exercise device can be suspended. Some embodiments of the present platforms are wheelchair accessible. This application also includes platforms in combination with exercise devices, and methods of using the present platforms (e.g., in combination with exercise devices).
