The present invention relates to a skewered food manufacturing apparatus, which has a configuration capable of facilitating mass-production and increasing work reliability by allowing to manufacture skewered food with a means that successively performs the following multi-stage processes: compressing skewered food materials on a rotational part of a turn table once the multiple skewered food materials are mounted on skewer trays, which are installed on the upper surface of the turn table, successively rotate, transfer and stop, by an operator; forming a stick insertion hole; inserting sticks; and compressing and fixating the sticks. The present invention provides the skewer manufacturing apparatus, which has a constitution of discharging the skewered food by passing through the followings: the turn table having a circular disk shape and rotating around a central axis; the multiple trays radially installed on the upper surface of the turn table, successively rotating, transferring, and being mounted with the skewered food materials; material compressors arranged on the rotational part of the turn table, and compressing the skewered food materials placed on the trays from the upper part to make the skewered food materials flat; a stick hole forming unit allowing to penetrate an iron pin into the skewered food materials compressed on the trays so as to facilitate the insertion of the sticks; a stick insertion unit inserting the supplied sticks into stick insertion holes formed on the skewered food materials; and a skewered food completion unit compressing the skewered food materials inserted with the sticks to fixate the sticks. |
